Red Feather Lakes has an abundant trail system with many beautiful hikes through the Pine forest.
One of the most popular hikes is Mount Margaret Trail which is a 7.2 mile out and back trail that features a lake and is good for all skill levels. Also check out the Popular hikes in the surrounding area which include the 1.25-mile Molly Lake Trail and 4-mile Mount Margaret Trail. Other trails such as the East Dowdy Lake Trail, Columbine Ridge and Fox pond Trail are located in the surrounding area.
